Suggested Travel Dates

The program begins at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 7. Attendees who wish to attend the optional Welcome Reception and Group Dinner should plan to arrive in Washington, DC on Monday, June 6. Lobbying visits are scheduled to end by 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday, June 8. The hotel room block is available at the discounted rate between June 6 – June 8.

 
Hotel Reservations

Hotel room rates will be available at $299 per night, plus applicable taxes. Please ask for the NAM Manufacturing Summit rate when making reservations. The cut-off date for reservations is Monday, May 9, 2016; however, once the block is full (which may be before the cut-off date) you may not be able to receive the group rate. PIA may have a limited number of reservations available in addition to the room block; please contact June Crespo at (412) 259-1778 or at jcrespo@printing.org to inquire.

If you are reserving online, please choose “Attendee” from the drop-down menu. Registrants are responsible for making and cancelling their own hotel room reservations. All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card.

Please note: PrintPAC Chairman’s Circle contributors receive a complimentary registration fee and one-night hotel stay to be reimbursed following the conference.

 
Hotel Cancellation Policy

Reservations can be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to arrival without penalty. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled arrival, a cancellation fee equal to one night’s room revenue will be charged with the exception of a personal or medical emergency where verification can be provided.
